A little nudge here, maybe a push there. Where are you being asked to steer and grow? Pay attention to your joy, ease and flow. These heart openers signal your go – keep expanding and moving in that direction! What is life trying to teach or show you? It could be a way of being like patience, presence or compassion. Or doing, taking the first step, making time for stillness or resting deeply. 

Explore don’t ignore

Using the lens of everything is helping me to grow, makes it easier to move into explorer mode. To zoom out and see the bigger picture. To notice the lessons that are here to shed light on contraction – resistance, denial or avoidance. What we resist persists. The lessons get bigger or bolder until we begin to address them.
