My poetry provides heart wisdom plus a vehicle to help you get there. The poems are heart messages designed to help you awaken and align to your heart and create new supporting neural pathways in your brain. Through repetition, these new neural pathways are formed along with greater heart awakening and resonance.
The brain is hard wired for the rhymes and rhythms of poetry, making it easier for you to remember and integrate practically and intuitively. Last week’s Peace poem helps you develop new supportive behaviors to maintain the feeling of peace.

As you move through your day, pay attention to your physical body. It signals when we move out of balance – peace. These messages come in many forms: tension, tightness, pain, clenching, butterflies, holding of breath, headache, hunching, crossing arms or legs - moving into a protective stance. Each of us has unique and common reoccurring cues and underlying emotions, take note of yours.
